There's a guy in indiana who makes these. He has made many different variations. Basically (if I understand correctly) he started doing these after being one of the only people to rebuild Prii after they'd been wrecked. After he got a few he started playing around and ended up making these things.

This is not what it seems. Most people don't know this because Toyota covers it up, but Prii actually divide like cells. There is no production line, they only ever built one. That's why most are this stupid blue color. Others were repainted by unscrupulous dealers as part of the coverup. Astonishingly, you've caught one mid-division! This is truly remarkable, and gives lie to the propaganda that Big Broyota has been feeding the sheeple!
